I'm hosting my first ever link party for Australia Day and I wanted to come up with something special to share.  So I enlisted the help of my Brothers-in-law, and put together the first ever Cooker and a Looker ebook.

You can view it here in the gallery or download it from this link -> How to Host an Aussie Barbeque eBook - Cooker and a Looker.

I hope you have as much fun reading it as we had writing it!

    Happy Australia Day!

    Cheers, Amanda

      Fantastic e-book
Amanda! Now my BBQ will be the best in the caravan park for Australia Day.

They sound like they could be of my vintage Amanda with that tape mix. I listened to all those songs at many a bbq or seeing those bands at my local. I used to be a once turned steak girl until Heston told me different. Maybe we better leave those things up to the cooks. I'm always happy for someone else to cook for me, no matter how it turns out. Great e-book!

I've heard Heston is a flipper! The mix tape is mine, Anne - timeless classics!
I may have milked the eBook angle a little this week. Bearhands barbequed twice! 🙂

To the mix tape, I'd add Randy Newman;s Political Science. He's not Australian but sings, in his song of world destruction "We'll save Australia, Don't want to hurt no kangaroo. We'll build an all American Amusement Park there. They got surfing too!"

Love the post. Well done boys, while seeing the pricked sausage wasn't the problem, seeing Tony in his smugglers did temporary blind me.

One song which is fitting in a BBQ I love hearing- Hungry Town by Big Pig. It's first up on my playlist.

This is hilarious and yet all so true! Every time it is blokes at the BBQ with beer and women in the kitchen with wine.
