Hello there.  Welcome to the final I'm Pinning Around Pinterest Link Party for the year!

Here.  Have a cocktail.

lychee martini

Ingredients:

• 60ml vodka
• 30ml lychee liqueur
• 30ml sugar syrup
• fresh lychees
• ice

Method:

Place the vodka, lychee liqueur, sugar syrup and ice into a cocktail shaker.  Shake for thirty seconds.  Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh lychees.  Serve and smile without trying.  Makes 1 martini.

Did you know Australia has the longest lychee season in the world?
I'll drink to that!
