Clinkers, maltesers, jaffas, pineapple lumps - without a doubt, this is the most Aussie rocky road ever made!
175g jubes
70g maltesers
150g clinkers
100g pineapple lumps
100g jaffas
100g marshmallows
300g milk chocolate
Roughly chop the sweets. Combine in a large bowl and mix well.
Melt the milk chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate over the chopped sweets and stir to combine.
Pour into a tray lined with baking paper. Top with another piece of baking paper and gently push down to eliminate any air pockets.
Refrigerate for two hours or until set.
Slice into small squares and share. (No really, you should share!)
Bringing the rocky road to room temperature before slicing will help to get clean slices.
